2. Two glasses of cold lemon water before breakfast and one glass of green juice, I like barley grass or fresh juice of greens.
3. eat a vegan protein rich diet within an hour of waking
4. Every morning when you wake meditate for 10-15 mins then hipno Birthing meditation cd/you tube in the evening
5. nettle tea (go out and pick it wild remember gloves) and cherries for iron.
6. Magnesium spray calming and help digestion
7. Homeopathic pregnancy kit(homeopathy can help give you an energy shift that can help you transform, it is helpful if you combine it with positive mind set like meditation or hipno-birthing to get the best results.

At the time of writing this I am 31 weeks only 8 or 10 weeks left. It's a really special time growing a baby, however it can also be very challenging. I have not had it the best, but maybe not the worst either. It has been challenging for a few reasons;raging hormones, anxiety, feeling sick and weak and a demanding boss(myself.) Women all over the world have different reactions and coping mechanisms but in this blog I want to share some of the tools I have picked out of my toolbox that I used to heal my life, bond with my growing baby and growing sense of spiritually.
This pregnancy journey started in August when both my partner and I decided we wanted a family, we had stopped drinking Alcohol and partying. I started taking folic acid supplements.
We considered our diet and life and both eat a mainly organic vegan diet making 90% of our meals from fresh vegetables. I make my own sauerkraut and flaxseed crackers. we like to add a few superfoods and raw foods in every day such as barley grass powder, spirulina, chia seeds and the list goes on. In October, I had completed my performance and residency when I found out I was pregnant with my second child woohoo! It took us three months to concieve.
As soon as I found out I was pregnant I sought advice from a Naturopath. A naturopath is a health practitioner who applies natural therapies. nutrition,exercise; it includes approved natural healing practices such as Homeopathy, Acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine,It was great to talk over my diet,supplements and emotional well being. I was lucky to have a friend Sally Jeffferyes- White otherwise known as sally from Nutures devine treats. Sally has been training to become a practitioner, I was lucky to be one of her case studies.Sally will be qualified in August, and I highly recommend her as a support in any areas of health not just pregnancy, and she makes the most healthiest delicious chocolate treated I know check her out on face book and Instagram.
Calm mummy,calm baby!
At the end of January for 8 weeks I attended a mindfulness course run by Phoebe Garland in Aberystwth. I have found this course life changing in so many ways. I have now got a daily practice of meditation and yoga. This course has been life changing, Meditation can help you to have better sense of awesomeness and peace, It can actually helped me to deal with difficult emotional feelings and relationships.
However after doing all this lovely nurturing stuff,in February I had developed eczema on my foot that became infected, I had to get it treated by a doctor who gave me steroids. I didn’t really want to take steroids, but It got quite bad and it needed to go. I was ensured it was safe during pregnancy, it went after a week. Since then a shift in my energy started to happen,I had to take action to strengthen my system, I began to have weekly acupuncture treatments with a recommended pregnancy acupuncturist Shion Buschner. This lovely and intuitive practitioner has been treating my liver meridian since March once a week then fortnightly. The eczema hasn’t returned woop!!. It really has helped strengthened my immune system and almost bring my vitality back.
I also did other liver strengthening like rest when I could and spending time in nature, the liver loves nature!
April 22nd was a great day, in my local town of Aberystwyth I attended a Mother and well being event. It was so informative, every stall was amazing. I met midwifes healers, masseurs, women promoting real nappies, slings and organic baby clothes. One of the major tips was to acquired a homeopathic kit for pre pregnancy and during labor, God I wish I had had this at the beginning of my pregnancy, I bet a lot of women feel like this.. If only I knew!!anyway I feel I have really turned a corner, I generally feel much better, homeopathy works on me that's for sure. I think one of the most important remedies for me has been the aconite 200 this has helped with the fear of pregnancy and the birth. I feel happier and healthier again and looking forward to the 3rd trimester.
